A graduate of the USC Gould School of Law, Saif began his legal career at a large corporate law firm.

He soon realized that he wanted to be in the courtroom, and to use his legal training to directly help people whose freedom, careers, and futures were at stake.
Public defense
Orange County Public Defender’s Office
Saif spent nearly a decade as a Deputy Public Defender, developing extensive trial and courtroom experience handling cases ranging from misdemeanors and DUI to serious and complex felonies.
Private practice
Criminal defense, by choice
Saif later entered private practice, where he has continued to focus on criminal defense. Over the course of his career, he has handled thousands of criminal matters and developed a deep understanding of the courts, judges, prosecutors, and procedures throughout Orange County and Southern California.
